These standards include but are not limited to the following systems, mechanical, electrical, millwork finishes, lighting, glazing, landscaping, flooring, heating, cooling and other essential components.  These are just a few of the systems tested for high operational efficiencies.   

Walter Wayne’s “100 point” building inspection leads the industry in project approval. Over the last twenty five years Walter Wayne’s property managers have developed and continue to refine its “walk-through” checklist for post construction close-out procedures. Property Managers understand the demands tenants have for the functional use of a commercial building.
