WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems Acquires CM Washer Service

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, a portfolio company of Chicago-based CHS Capital™, completed the acquisition of CM Washer Service, a provider of laundry services for the multi-tenant housing industry headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California.

Since 1929, CM Washer Service has provided sales, leasing and service of laundry room equipment to multi-tenant housing owners throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. The acquisition will further enhance WASH’s presence on the West Coast.
