LVI Services Inc. Acquires Randolph Construction Services, Inc.

LVI Services Inc., a portfolio company of Chicago-based CHS Capital™, has completed the acquisition of Randolph Construction Services, Inc. Headquartered in New York, New York, LVI is a portfolio investment of CHS Private Equity V LP, a $1.3 billion investment fund. Randolph is the third acquisition completed by LVI since CHS Capital’s investment.

Headquartered in Pasco, Washington, Randolph provides design-build general contracting services for the U.S. government, both domestically and internationally. In October 2007, Randolph was awarded a multi-year contract from the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration’s Second Line of Defense Program. Through this DICCE (Design, Integration, Construction, Communications and Engineering) contract, Randolph installs Radiation Portal Monitors and accompanying communication equipment at international seaports, river ports, airports, rail and vehicle ports of entry. Randolph’s DICCE team has completed 34 sites globally, supporting U.S. National Security efforts.
