TricorBraun Holdings, Inc. Acquires Trilogy Glass and Packaging, Inc.
TricorBraun Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Chicago-based CHS Capital™, has completed the acquisition of Trilogy Glass and Packaging, Inc. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, TricorBraun is a portfolio investment of CHS Private Equity V LP, a $1.3 billion investment fund formed in 2005. Trilogy is the fifth acquisition completed by TricorBraun since CHS Capital’s investment in 2006.
Headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, Trilogy supplies a variety of glass wine bottles and will become part of TricorBraun WinePak, a $120 million division dedicated to wine packaging, with offices in California, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.
