CHS Capital Announces New CEO of LVI Services Inc.

CHS Capital announces Scott E. State, P.E. as the newly appointed President and CEO of LVI Services Inc., the nation's largest remediation and facility services firm. LVI is a portfolio investment of CHS Private Equity V LP, a $1.3 billion investment fund formed in 2005.

"Scott has extensive experience with growing environmental- and construction-related companies and brings executive management expertise, a strong engineering background and outstanding technical skills," said Brian Simmons, Managing Partner at CHS Capital. As a consultant since 2002, Mr. State, 47, has led several development and financial advisory projects with clients seeking to buy or sell major assets or to re-capitalize their businesses. Engagements have included a $120 million remediation of a 9,000-acre former military facility, technical program management consulting and executive-level support focused on cleaning up former nuclear weapons and nuclear power plant sites. Prior to consulting, Mr. State served as Chairman and CEO of MACTEC, Inc., a leader in engineering, environmental and construction services with 80 locations, directing and leading annual revenue growth from $ 45 million to more than $500 million.
