Our lives are changing faster than we can keep up at times. But little about the practice of medicine has changed since I started seeing patients 25 year ago. That is until now. I want to fundamentally alter how we work together to forge a stronger working relationship and create ways to enhance your health and well-being.
Most of the time, when patients come to my office, their goal is to get over their latest illness or infirmity. I can often restore you to your former level of health, but what if our goal was grander? What if the goal was to raise your level of health and fitness instead of simply maintain it?
